The RTW 6048 Rotary Waterblaster spray cabinet washer from Viking Blast & Wash Systems offers a work envelope of 48-inches in height with a 60-inch diameter, rotating workbasket that can support as much as 3,500 lbs. The washer features 2 15-hp seal-less pumps rated for a capacity of 600 gpm at 65 psi. Pump horsepower upgrades are available as are high-pressure options for additional cleaning power.
Other standard features include a low-water, high-temperature fail switch that shuts off the gas burner, protecting the heater; a safety interlock to prevent pump operation with the washer door open; and a disc-style oil skimmer to remove tramp oils and fine solids from the detergent, extending the life of the cleaning solution.
